This project is a super luxury private villa located in Al Furjan, Dubai, within the residential
community of Al Nakhila, a development that follows its own architectural guidelines and
planning standards.
The project was commissioned by an Indian family who envisioned transforming the villa into a
refined and luxurious residence. When the project began, the building had already been
constructed and was delivered as a shell-and-core structure, providing the opportunity to
carefully design and develop the interior spaces from the ground up.
A significant part of the design process involved the precise selection of all interior finishes
and materials, including floor and wall tiles, doors, textures, and custom furniture. Every element
was chosen with attention to detail to ensure a cohesive and sophisticated interior environment.
The design concept focused on creating a home that reflects both elegance and functionality,
responding to the lifestyle and daily needs of the family while maintaining a strong sense of
luxury throughout the space.
In addition to the interior design, several refinements were made to the external façade of the
villa. The façade composition and material palette were adjusted to create a more refined
architectural presence, enhancing the visual appeal of the house from the surrounding
streetscape.
The landscape design was also carefully considered as part of the overall project. Around the
swimming pool, a dedicated outdoor seating area was designed to create a comfortable
environment for family gatherings and barbecue events, allowing the outdoor space to function
as an extension of the home’s social areas.
The result is a residence that blends luxury, architectural elegance, and functional family
living, creating a warm yet sophisticated environment tailored to the lifestyle of its residents.
