The Vision
Located in the Al Qarayen district of Sharjah, this private residential villa was designed for a large
family whose lifestyle required a thoughtful balance between formal hospitality and intimate
family living.
The architectural layout is organized to accommodate both privacy and social interaction. The
villa includes six bedrooms on the upper floor and one guest bedroom on the ground floor,
carefully arranged around shared living spaces that support the everyday dynamics of a multi-
generational household.
The ground floor features a spacious family hall, designed as the heart of daily life within the
home. This space incorporates a comfortable television lounge as well as a dedicated coffee
corner, creating an inviting environment where family members can gather, relax, and spend
quality time together in a warm and informal setting. On the upper floor, an additional family
sitting area provides a quieter and more private lounge for the residents.
Complementing these informal spaces is a formal majlis, designed to host guests and larger
social gatherings. The majlis follows a classic and elegant design language, with carefully
selected materials, refined detailing, and a spatial composition that reflects the cultural tradition
of hospitality while maintaining a sophisticated and timeless aesthetic.
One of the most distinctive aspects of this project lies in the personalized design of each
bedroom. Rather than following a uniform design approach, every room has been tailored to
reflect the personality, lifestyle, and age group of the family member who occupies it.
The master bedroom, designed for the mother of the household, embodies a sense of calm
elegance and refined comfort. Soft textures, warm tones, and balanced proportions create a
serene and sophisticated private retreat.
A separate bedroom has been designed for a teenage daughter, incorporating a youthful and
expressive atmosphere that reflects creativity, individuality, and the vibrant character of
adolescence. Another bedroom accommodates a university student, where the design
integrates both comfort and functionality, supporting study, productivity, and personal
independence.
Additional bedrooms are designed for family members in their late twenties, with interiors that
reflect a more mature and contemporary aesthetic. Each space has been carefully composed to
balance comfort, elegance, and practicality while maintaining harmony with the overall design
language of the villa.
Throughout the project, the design approach emphasizes personal identity within a cohesive
architectural framework. Each room tells its own story while remaining connected through a
unified palette of materials, textures, and spatial composition.
