Villa Elevation & Landscape Redesign – Al Rahmaniya, Sharjah

This project involves the redesign of the villa façade and landscape for a private residence
located in Al Rahmaniya, Sharjah. Although the villa was originally designed by a well-known
architectural firm, the homeowners were not satisfied with the final appearance of the building
elevation. Our role was to reinterpret the façade and outdoor spaces to better reflect the client’s
vision and lifestyle.
The redesign focused on upgrading the visual identity of the villa without altering the existing
structural blockwork. The elevation was completely refreshed through the introduction of new
finishing materials, refined architectural detailing, and a carefully planned façade lighting
scheme. These interventions allowed the building to achieve a more contemporary and elegant
character while respecting the original structural framework.
In addition to the façade transformation, the project included the complete landscape design of
the outdoor areas, tailored to support family living and entertainment. The pool area was
designed as the central outdoor gathering space, surrounded by comfortable seating areas and
integrated landscape elements.
A barbecue and outdoor bar were incorporated adjacent to the kitchen to facilitate easy service
and social gatherings. Direct access from the kitchen to the pool area allows convenient delivery
of food and beverages during family events and outdoor dining.
The internal family sitting area was designed with large fully opening doors, creating a seamless
connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. This architectural gesture allows uninterrupted
views toward the pool and landscape while enhancing natural light and spatial continuity.
